Gymnastics

Recreational Gymnastics

Wings offers classes for kids aged Toddlers-14 years with varying class durations & curricicula based on age and skill level with a low student:teacher ratio. There's no competition.  Annual recitals & awards ceremonies are held in May!

Students learn skills on:

  • Bars

  • Balance beam

  • Floor

  • Vault

  • Mini-tramp

  • Stretching

  

No prior gymnastics experience necessary. Students develop flexibility, strength, coordination & confidence which promote physical, mental and personal growth, as well as, healthy habits for the future.

Explore with Me Classes

for 12-36 months

Join your little one for the FUN!  Enjoy bonding time with your toddler in our parent-led learning experience.  Move through activity stations designed to encourage confidence, coordination and exploration.   

Gymnastics FUN!

for 2.5-5 yrs

Move, jump, flip, swing & balance! Wings

Gymnastics offers boys & girls a warm and encouraging environment while helping develop body awareness, motor coordination, and social skills.  Students learn age-appropriate curricula on all 4 events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor), along with aerobic movement and fun stretches.

Gymnastics Fundamentals

for K-2nd grade

Gymnasts will learn or build on beginning skills on

an age-appropriate, skill developing continuum on

Floor, Bars, Balance Beam, and Vault. With even

more focus on form and execution, these

gymnasts will develop flexibility, strength, coordination, and confidence as they jump, flip, swing, handstand & cartwheel!  

Intermediate Gymnastics

for 2nd-6th grade

Take their fundamentals to the next level by

focusing on balance beam tumbling skills, tying bar skills into skill series & routines, more powerful vaulting and connecting floor skills up to round-offs,

front and back walkovers & handsprings.

Advanced Gymnastics

for 2nd-7th grade

Build on the prerequisite skills, and focus on routine building, form and presentation.  This class has an increased difficulty level on all 4 events including

low-to-high bars transitions, tumbling dismounts

from the beam and round-off back handsprings,

front handsprings, back tucks and more. Build on skills from June-December & Routine training

from Dec-May. Students will require a skill check before joining the class & must enroll by Oct. 1st.
