INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED
GYMNASTICS CAMPS

Join Coach Emily & the ADV Coach Team for skill, flare & form training on all 4 Olympic events.
This camp has Camper Prerequisites. Current Wings ADV Gymnasts, Rising ADV Gymnasts in June 2025
& Level 2-4 gymnasts. Please contact our office to be sure this camp is a good fit for your gymnasts.

TUMBLING CAMPS
This camp, like our tumbling classes, focuses on Floor/Tumbling skills and combining power & control. Learn forward and backward tumbling, combos, power hurdles, mini-tramp & springboard skills, and more! Great class for focusing on cartwheels, round-offs and back handsprings!

OBSTACLE MANIA CAMPS
Jump! Duck! Roll! Crawl! Climb! Swing! Each of our obstacle courses will focus on different muscles and skill groups like rolling, jumping, upper-body strength, balance, and body awareness as our camper conquer the obstacles.

WINGS CHEER CAMPS
​
Wings Cheer Camp is for girls, rising 1st-6th grade. No experience necessary; everyone is welcome. Our program is a wonderful way to introduce the sport of cheerleading to younger girls in a fun, low-pressure environment. Learn beginning & intermediate cheers, sidelines, jumps & kicks, building stunts and a short dance. Build confidence, teamwork & showmanship! Campers should wear Form-fitting shorts & T-shirt, athletic shoes (rubber soled), hair pulled from eyes, no jewelry. Bring a water bottle. Daily art/craft/games & snack and an awards ceremony!
